ECON TECH'S AC Servo Drive and Servo Motor for Blister Machine

Blister machine (also called thermoplastic molding machine) is a machine that adds thermoplasticized PVC, PE, PP, PET, HIPS and other thermoplastic coils into various shapes of high-grade packaging boxes, boxes and other products. Using the vacuum suction generated by the vacuum pump, heat-softened thermoplastic plastic sheets such as PVC and PET are vacuum-molded into various shapes such as a vacuum cover, a plastic tray, and a blister.

ECON TECH'S servo motor drive system is used on the upper and lower molds of the plastic machine to solve the problems such as water ripple and wire drawing, making it easier for highly difficult products to be molded. The up and down mold movements are stable and reliable, no impact phenomenon, and the docking position is quickly and accurately, which can greatly increase the working efficiency of the production line; the servo motor is overloaded, the equipment is not easily damaged due to overload, and there is no oil leakage during the working process. Keep it clean and tidy.
