HMI common problems and maintenance methods
1)Check the power supply voltage to screen whether is stable;
2)Inside the configuration project if there is a macro command,whether there is data overflow from macro command,and divided by 0 conditions;
3)Screen installed environment whether has exceeded EMI standards interference;
4)Screen power module failure,return to factory maintenance;
1)Check power supply voltage to screen whether is normal (normal is 24V ± 15%);
2)Screen installing environment whetherhas exceeded EMI standards interference;
3. Communication is not normal
Please check below points if can not connect normally:
1) PLC model selection is correct?
2) communication parameters (baud rate, stop bits, parity, etc.) are the same?
3) the communication cable connection is correct?
