Stepping motor speed adjustment method

First, the commutator motor speed

Second, the stator voltage regulation
Advantages: 1 simple circuit, small size and low price; 2 convenient for use and maintenance.
Disadvantages: 1 increase the slip loss during the speed regulation process, this loss makes the rotor heat, the efficiency is low;
2 the speed range is relatively small;
3 requires the use of high slip motor, such as specially designed torque motor,
Therefore, the characteristics are soft, generally suitable for asynchronous motors below 55kW.
Third, the rotor string resistance speed regulation
Advantages: 1 low technical requirements, easy to master;
2 low equipment costs; 3 no electromagnetic harmonic interference.
1 string cast iron resistor can only be used for stepwise speed regulation. If the liquid resistance is used for stepless speed regulation, the maintenance and maintenance requirements are high;
2 the additional slip power during the speed regulation process is converted into the loss in the form of string resistance heating is low. 3 The speed range is not large.
Fourth, electromagnetic slip clutch speed regulation
1 simple structure, small control device capacity, low value;
2 reliable operation, easy maintenance;
3 no harmonic interference.
1 speed loss is large, because the electromagnetic slip clutch itself has a large difference, so the maximum speed of the output shaft is only 80% to 90% of the synchronous speed of the motor;
2 The part is converted into heat loss in the form of heat, which is inefficient.
