What is the working principle and internal structure of the servo drive?
The servo drive drives the execution motor under the control signal, so whether the driver can work normally directly affects the overall performance of the device.
In the servo control system, the servo drive is equivalent to the brain, and the execution motor is equivalent to the hands and feet. The role of the servo drive in the servo control system is to adjust the speed of the motor, so it is also an automatic speed control system.
The working principle of the servo drive is shown below.
The core main control board of the driver, the driver transmits the control signal and the detection signal from the relay board, and completes the double closed-loop control of the above figure, including the speed regulation and the current regulation, and realizes the rotation speed control and the commutation control of the execution motor. The driver board of the driver receives the signal driving power conversion circuit from the main control board to realize the normal operation of the motor.
Servo drive internal structure
The internal structure of the servo driver consists of a power supply circuit, a relay board circuit, a main control board circuit, a driver board circuit, and a power conversion circuit. The power circuit functions to convert the externally input DC power into DC power outputs of different sizes, and provide DC power for subsequent relay boards, drive boards, and power conversion circuits. The relay board functions to provide DC power to complete control signals and detect signal transmission.
